Max is binnengestapt bij The Park als een heel ander persoon als hij vandaag is.

Ik herinner me nog heel goed de dag dat hij kwam solliciteren bij The Park, in een kostuum want hij kwam net terug van sollicitatie voor zijn MBA. Hij heeft een mega parcours afgelegd binnen het bedrijf van Venue Manager, tot Country Manager BEN waar hij verantwoordelijk was voor ops & sales en uiteindelijk tot Head of Ops met een team van +10 mensen (dat allemaal in combinatie met zijn MBA en Ronde tafel activiteiten). Hoe krijgt die dat allemaal op 24u per dag zelfs gedaan? 🙈

Hij is volledig open gebloeid in deze periode, hij heeft meer zelfvertrouwen gekregen en is enorm gegroeid als persoon, maar ook als manager. Hij heeft zich ontpopt tot een fantastische people manager en een zalige collega!

Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat hij het super gaat doen in zijn nieuwe job en wens hem mega, mega veel succes!

Veel succes met u nieuwe avontuur maar ergens hoop ik dat het faalt en ge snel terug komt! xxx

Eerst en vooral nog eens een dikke merci voor de leuke samenwerking doorheen de laatste jaren.

Als Masterhost is het nog maar heel recent maar ook daarvoor heb ik er enorm van genoten om als Intro/Freeroam/Superhost met jou te kunnen werken. Hoewel het in het begin met een heel bang hartje was, wat ik niet ga ontkennen 😅 was het altijd een enorm genoegen!

Dat is natuurlijk ook niet echt anders mogelijk wanneer je met iemand kan samenwerken met zo'n enorme motivatie en drive als die van jou! Dikke chapeau!

Ik ken weinig mensen die zo analytisch zijn ingesteld als jij. Met hoeveel mensen analfabeet zijn op het vlak van informatica, was jij degene die de moeite deed om mee te denken en oprecht probeerde te begrijpen waarom sommige zaken moeilijk zijn. Dat is een vorm van appreciatie/samenwerking die weinig developers ervaren en ik kan je daar alleen maar voor bedanken!

Daarnaast ben je een unieke combinatie van: een eindeloos goeie luisteraar, een levende encyclopedie en een bron van (meestal) scherpzinnige humor op kantoor.

Dit alles, zolang ge u pillekes van 4u hebt genomen 🤪

Jokes aside, ik ga u echt missen man, maar wens u en de twee bedrijfkes ook het allerbeste toe! En moest ge nog eens passeren aan kantoor, springt dan zeker binnen voor een pintje en ne babbel!
